According to Stephen R. Covey, an effective and successful person must be interdependent with another. But first, it is significant to first be independent.
I, for one, think that I was independent, and now I'm actually interdependent with others around me.
Unfortunately, the reality is actually contrasting. I now realize that I am particularly dependent of others. If I was alone, I'm weak. Supposedly, I ought to not be weak since if others are not around me, I should be independent.
Hence, I should learn to be independent first. Then, interdependent.
